Location: the hotel was very close to Legaspi for a spectacular view of the Mayon Volcano and a sunrise over the bay, Legazpi City and tourist areas. I was happy to find Mamay Fering's Restaurant, it was just a short walk away from the venue and served nice food. The breakfast was free and the pool was nice

Our room had everything we needed - cable TV 📺, a mini fridge, and a desk. the bathroom was spacious and even had a bathtub 🛁. the location was awesome, super close to the mountains, shopping centers, and even an active volcano nearby.

The price in Booked.net is very much different from the price I have paid in Oriental Hotel Legazpi. I have booked for Php 5,737.50, however, I have paid Php 7,000! Extraordinary indeed!

There was no hot water in the room for two days.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms are modern and well-equipped with clean bathrooms and amazing views, and the facilities are great.

The view of Mt Mayon and the friendly personnel, and even the food (although expensive) belong to the positive.

The hot water was not always available! The same for the water to flush the toilet! This we did not expect in a 5 star hotel. There were no furniture in the balcony, so enjoying the (extra paid) view was not the case. There were no beach towels offered in the swimming pool, which was for 2 days under maintenance and we could not use it.

During my recent stay at The Oriental, I had the pleasure of enjoying the pool area and it was absolutely fantastic! The view from the pool was breathtaking and it provided the perfect spot for relaxation and unwinding after a long day of exploring. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, creating a tranquil atmosphere. I had a great time at The Oriental and would highly recommend it to others looking for a peaceful retreat.

I got a great view of Mayon Volcano from our hotel room. Every morning as I got up from bed, the majestic volcano was there to behold.

i like the ambiance of the place, beautiful places to relax. very neat the staff are very friendly people. im planning to bring my family there next time.

the hot shower not funtion that much, the food has a average taste, better to try some other meal. like japanese cuisine, chinese, not typical food that everybody can eat everyday. so that the guest will never to think to eat outside bec. the food inside the hotel is delicious.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the majestic Mayon Volcano and it was truly spectacular. The management was also very accommodating and responsive to our complaints. They relocated us to a newly renovated room on the 5th floor which was in excellent condition. The fixtures and furnishings were all new and the room was worth the price. We were very satisfied with the upgrade.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major issue for us. We found small stones and dirt on the carpet, which was not safe for our baby.

the location is marvellous, 2 miles from bicol heritage park. the staff is nice and very kind. well-appointed and ample sized rooms are accompanied by great service.
